Below is a listing of the tools and resources stemming from the work of the cohorts and professionals that participated in the Common Vision initiative. In some case the tools were adapted from respected resources; in other cases the tools were developed by the Common Vision facilitators or evaluators based on the needs, experiences and feedback from the cohort participants. In all cases, we view these tools as useful instruments in facilitating structural change grantmaking based on the step-by-step approach outlined in this Guide.
