PFLAG is the organization of Parents, Family, and Friends of Lesbians And Gays of Fredericksburg. PFLAG is an advocacy group that supports and educates people about the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning/Queer (LGBTQ) community.
