Gainesville Black Pride
MISSION
GBP is affiliated with the International Federation of Black Prides. Our primary purpose and function is to the community of color North Central Florida and the surrounding areas. Black Pride is dedicated to organizing and promoting unity for diverse people of varying complexions. The focus of GBP is to provide outreach and awareness of pride, and prevention education on HIV/AIDS awareness and other health related conditions prevalent among same gender loving communities. These goals are attained through outreach, workshops, activities with entertainment and social justice events.
