MISSION The Youth Organizing Institute is a leadership development and organizing training program to support low-income youth, LGBTQ youth, and youth of color. Since 2010, the Youth Organizing Institute has enjoyed continued success. YOI provides grounding analysis of systems of oppressions and the history of grassroots movements for change. MISSION Our mission is to give the LGBTQ high-schoolers between the ages of 14-19 years of age a safe and confidential environment that allows the youth to be who they are and to help them make friends with other LGBTQ Youth in the surrounding Midlands area. We promote open discussion and encourage the youth to create open dialogue between them so they may share experiences and make ties of friendship with other LGBTQ Youth. MISSION Zebra Coalition is a network of organizations which provide services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and all youth (LGBT+) ages 13–24.
