Arabella Advisors is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Associate Director for its Information Technology team. This role manages and provides expertise across Arabella’s Office365 systems. The Associate Director will lead system enhancements and work across Arabella to ensure system investments are being properly leveraged.

 

Essential Responsibilities

 

  • Drive continual improvement of the firm’s Office365 systems and tools, working closely with internal teams to facilitate increased adoption and knowledge
  • Manage deliverables of in house, customer-facing payment systems
  • Manage relationships with IT contractors and vendors
  • Provide regular staff training and outreach related to optimum system use
  • Research and recommend potential new software systems
  • Look for and recommend ways to better leverage software investments
  • Lead software implementations and migrations
  • Partner with IT Senior Director and other key stakeholders in scoping needs for technology projects and enhancements

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness that spurs innovation and problem solving
  • Highly detailed and organized
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities and deadlines
  • In depth Office365 experience, particularly in SharePoint and Teams
  • Experience with building and troubleshooting integrations between Salesforce and Office365
  • Strong knowledge of scripting with PowerShell
  • Experience working inside of Azure – particularly Automation, Blob Storage, Functions, and LogicApps
  • Salesforce admin and/or development experience a plus
  • Experience working with Dynamics family of accounting systems a plus
  • Power BI experience a plus

About Arabella's Managed Nonprofit Organizations Team

 

Arabella Advisors provides operations and management support to multiple nonprofit organizations, including the New Venture Fund, the Windward Fund, and the Hopewell Fund—all 501(c)(3) public charities—and the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a 501(c)(4). These managed organizations house new and innovative public interest projects and nonprofits, as well as coordinate collaborative initiatives between donors and administer grants programs. This type of structure is commonly referred to as fiscal sponsorship, and candidates are highly encouraged to research fiscal sponsorship prior to a first interview. The managed organizations provide support to a diverse range of projects, including many focused on conservation, global health, and civic engagement.
