The Data & Network Specialist supports CHANGE Philanthropy to advance goals and strategies and will play a role in deepening the coalition efforts. The position is responsible for the CRM database project implementation. CHANGE Philanthropy is expanding our contact and relationship management efforts. This position will play a central role in building out and maintaining data infrastructure related to networks.
The position also supports administrative efforts and communications coordination.
The position will report to the Coalition & Convening Manager of CHANGE Philanthropy.

Essential Functions:
Database Development & Maintenance (60%)
Support CRM Project Team in evolution of organizational contact database including contributions to design, strategic insights to planning and implementation of work plan to expand, improve capability of data system
Report to the project team on progress toward achieving goals and objectives of strategies and work plans
Draft system policies and processes to guide organizational interaction with the database system
Work with large datasets to clean, identify gaps, make recommendations for data improvement
Maintain systems to ensure accurate and effective data
Design dashboard to track audience insights and data system health
Deliver consistent reports from the dashboard to Coalition & Convening Manager
Proactively troubleshoot data issues as they arise
Offer creative and strategic ideas to team use of data and system
Communications Coordination (30%)
Provide tactical support to Research & Communications Director to deliver communication offerings as assigned
Ensure reporting is completed by required deadlines
Administrative Support (10%)
Perform general administrative duties (communications, mail, copying, filing, etc.) related to achieving organizational goals
Maintain electronic files, update contact database
Provide support as necessary with additional needs

Database management experience (preferred minimum of three years)

Job Specifics and Work Environment
This position is part-time (24-32 hours per week) and is non-exempt.
Starting salary range is $28,000 – $35,000 ($60,000-$70,000 annualized) depending on qualifications and experience. CHANGE Philanthropy provides medical, dental, vision, and generous vacation leave on a sliding scale depending on hours/week.
The position is remote.
Travel required 2-3 times per year.
