About FSG
FSG is a mission-driven consulting firm. We are experienced advisors to corporate, foundation, and nonprofit/NGO leaders. We help clients create social impact through our combination of customized consulting services, powerful insights, and ground-breaking initiatives.
We believe the private sector plays a critical role in helping address the world’s challenges. Via core business and philanthropic activities, corporations can help address social and environmental issues in ways that strengthen their competitive positioning and profitability. Given their significant assets and power, businesses play a critical role in contributing to a society that allows everyone to participate, prosper, and reach their full potential. For everyone to thrive, companies need to pay attention to historically marginalized groups, especially communities of color.
We work with Fortune 500 companies across a wide variety of sectors including consumer products, financial services, technology, food & agriculture, health & pharma, energy, and retail. We work alongside expert partners like PolicyLink, a national leader in racial equity and justice, to engage C-suite level leaders with a data-driven and human-centered approach to understanding the structures that drive inequity and help clients shift practices and mindsets.
