Arabella Advisors is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative SharePoint Developer for its Information Technology team. This role manages and provides expertise across Arabella’s Office365 systems. The SharePoint Developer will lead system enhancements and work across Arabella to ensure system investments are being properly leveraged.

 

Essential Responsibilities

 

  • Drive continual improvement of the firm’s Office365 systems and tools, working closely with internal teams to facilitate increased adoption and knowledge
  • Manage maintenance and enhancements for in house, customer-facing payment systems
  • Manage relationships with IT contractors and vendors
  • Look for and recommend ways to better leverage software investments
  • Lead software implementations and migrations
  • Partner with IT Senior Director and other key stakeholders in scoping needs for technology projects and enhancements

 

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide regular staff training and outreach related to optimum system use
  • Utilize Arabella’s IT Service Management application to track activities
  • Research and recommend potential new software systems

 

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness that spurs innovation and problem solving
  • Highly detailed and organized
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities and deadlines
  • In depth Office365 experience, particularly in SharePoint and Teams
  • Strong knowledge of scripting with PowerShell
  • Experience working inside of Azure – particularly Automation, Blob Storage, Functions, InfoPath and Logic Apps

 

Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Experience with building and troubleshooting integrations between Salesforce and Office365
  • Salesforce admin and/or development experience
  • Experience working with Dynamics family of accounting systems
  • Power BI experience

Arabella Advisors provides operations and management support to multiple nonprofit organizations, including the New Venture Fund, the Windward Fund, and the Hopewell Fund—all 501(c)(3) public charities—and the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a 501(c)(4). These managed organizations house new and innovative public interest projects and nonprofits, as well as coordinate collaborative initiatives between donors and administer grants programs. This type of structure is commonly referred to as fiscal sponsorship, and candidates are highly encouraged to research fiscal sponsorship prior to a first interview.
