Rebecca has a strong commitment to social justice demonstrated through over 10 years of experience working in national and grassroots organizations in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector. Her focus has been on developing social change leaders and strengthening organizations that are working for a more just society. Prior to this role, Rebecca supported Funders for LGBTQ Issues as a consultant focused on the annual Funding Forward conference in Atlanta, bringing together national and local funders to discuss funding strategies and critical issues affecting the LGBTQ community.
