These events ranged from panel discussions to immersion tours, but at each one we explored the most urgent needs facing LGBTQ communities. Across the country, local funders are stepping up their leadership for LGBTQ communities and exploring innovative models, such as developing LGBTQ-friendly neighborhoods, building a local center for LGBTQ philanthropy, and convening cross-sector partnerships to address youth homelessness.
