GLASS (Giving Love, Acceptance, Safety and Support) is a student run organization whose goal is to promote a diverse and accepting campus for all people regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity by educating the UL Lafayette community about LGBTQIA+ issues, addressing all anti-LGBTQIA+ harassment and discrimination, and providing social activities for all UL Lafayette students. The organization is much like a common organization found in high schools, called Gay-Straight Alliances. All supporters of LGBTQIA+ issues are welcome to join and participate in GLASS, whether they are a part of the LGBTQIA+ community or simply an ally.
