Funders for LGBTQ Issues will honor philanthropic trailblazers and change-makers at the Pride in Philanthropy Awards Ceremony and 40th-anniversary celebration. Funders for LGBTQ Issues was founded 40 years ago in 1982 at the annual conference of the National Network of Grantmakers, when a small group of funders met to discuss how philanthropy could better support lesbian and gay issues.
