MISSION The BCTC Alliance organization is a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Intersex and Ally (LGBTQIA) staff/faculty coalition, founded in the fall of 2012, working to support and promote diversity and inclusion at Bluegrass Community Technical College. Website
