A Year of Assessment and Planning
Guided by our 2019-2021 strategic plan, Funders for LGBTQ Issues experienced significant growth in membership, revenues, and capacity. Building on these successes, the organization has designated 2022 as an assessment and planning year. This will be an opportunity for Funders to assess the prior strategic plan in greater depth, and to develop a new plan for the next 3-5 years.
Funders for LGBTQ Issues has engaged Converge for Change to support our Strategic Planning Activities. Converge – a social justice consulting firm – will work closely with a Strategic Planning Committee including staff, board, strategic partners, and LGBTQ movement leadership towards the creation of a three to five-year strategic plan. Our next strategic plan will be released at the end of 2022.
