MISSION Transcend Charlotte is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote authenticity, connection, and social justice for transgender individuals and all people impacted by oppression and/or trauma. MISSION The Frank Harr Foundation was established to keep the humanitarian spirit and passion for social justice of its namesake alive in southeastern North Carolina. Frank Harr (1952-2008) proclaimed “we must educate the people” on matters of importance to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered (LGBT) people.
