Announcing the 2022 Pride in Philanthropy Award Recipients

Funders for LGBTQ Issues will honor philanthropic trailblazers and change-makers at the Pride in Philanthropy Awards Ceremony and 40th-anniversary celebration. Funders for LGBTQ Issues was founded 40 years ago in 1982 at the annual conference of the National Network of Grantmakers, when a small group of funders met to discuss how philanthropy could better support lesbian and gay issues. We are now a network of more than 80 foundations, corporations, and funding institutions that collectively award more than one billion dollars annually, including more than $100 million specifically devoted to LGBTQ issues. We are Each Other’s Wealth

I am writing to share some important changes afoot at Funders for LGBTQ Issues. After long tenures at Funders for LGBTQ Issues, Andrew Wallace and Rebecca Wisotsky will transition out of the organization in early August and late July, respectively. Rebecca will join Wellspring Philanthropic Fund as a Program Officer.
